Since 1993 American Alarms has invested millions of dollars to create an advanced central monitoring station, located in Apex North Carolina. Its only purpose is to serve our customers with the fastest response time during a burglary, fire or medical emergency, and to provide the best in Customer Care. We do not subcontract out our monitoring or monitor another company’s accounts. Our customers are our number one priority, which we will be happy to show you anytime!
